By using BilBal Warranty after release, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy published on this website.
2. Purpose of the app
BilBal Warranty is a tool for organizing warranty information and receipts and tracking expiry dates. It does not replace original documents or warranty terms issued by a seller or manufacturer.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for retaining original documents when they are required as proof of purchase or for a warranty claim.
4. Reminders
We aim to provide useful reminders, but we cannot guarantee that every notification will arrive at the intended time because of device settings, operating-system behavior, or service interruptions. Do not rely on the app alone for critical deadlines.
5. Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through subscriptions billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the store through which the purchase was made.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use it for unlawful activity.
7. Availability
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, improvement, or technical reasons. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, BilBal is not responsible for loss caused solely by relying on an incorrect user-entered reminder or by third-party warranty policies outside our control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The effective or last-updated date will be shown at the top of the page.
